"I am happy to write about my community, Heather Ridge, because it is such a great place to live. Heather Ridge is probably the best deal in the South/Southeast Denver region. I looked at virtually every apartment complex in the area (about 40) before moving here three years ago. And not only did Heather Ridge meet all my criteria (pets, safe environment, solid construction, fire resistant, open space, playground, kids), the cost was the lowest of all. Indeed, the monthly lease on my three-bedroom 1400 sq-ft apartment is less than the rent on most two bedroom apartments anywhere else.

    We live next to a pond and walking paths with ducks, geese and fish. The buildings have security entrances, heat is included, laundry facilities are good, there is an excellent clubroom, and a nice pool. And amazingly, Heather Ridge is in Cherry Creek district!

   My family will only leave Heather Ridge when we buy a house. But surprisingly, we have met many residents who have lived here for years. some more than 10, who choose to stay even when they could purchase a home. That says a lot about a residential community. Heather Ridge may be the best kept housing secret in the Denver-metro area."
