Fees and Deposits

 
  Security Deposit - $500.00

  Administration fee - $100.00 due at move in   

  Application Fee - $60.00 per person(s) over 18

  Refundable Pet Deposit - $350.00 Per Pet

  Monthly pet rent - $35.00 Pet Pet




Pet Policy


 A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed.

 Weight limit for dogs is 25 lbs and or 20'' from ground to the shoulder.

 All pets must be spayed or neutered and wear vaccination tags which are attached to a collar   that is worn at all times.
 
 City of Aurora leash laws must be adhered to as well as city breed restrictions.


Fitness Center

     Our fitness center is located in the clubhouse.

    If you reside at Sanctuary at Heather Ridge Apartments you will be mintues away from these major highways, I-70, I-225 and I-25.

    We are located in the Cherry Creek Shool District.

    We are just west of the Light Rail Station at Iliff and I-225.
